  1. These are all European models, except maybe the 66 if you are being extra picky (I would never do that!) Hornby have also been producing mainland European models in TT for a few years, since they bought Arnold.
  2. What have I missed? Which of these are duplicates? I found the Heljan 31 which Hornby aren't doing. There's some Peco track which could sort of be called duplicates. Theres the Gaugemaster 66, which will be a direct dup.
  3. Surely that means that whatever you interpret from that photo, it cannot be claimed to be definative view of the normal operating procedure as it took place 8 years after the regular passenger service finished? It could quite possibly be a completely different set of staff. It does however fit in with what you can see in the earlier pic.
  4. Just yesterday I as a passenger was annoyed by the location of the stop board at Chesterfield P1. 7 car 222 stops at the furthest one, the rear cab is past the station entrance and then there was 3 coaches of 1st class to walk past!
  5. Bob, who has a layout in the latest Dispatch, posted a shorty coach of his own https://ngrm-online.com/index.php?/forums/topic/30207-fcpn-passenger-stock/&do=findComment&comment=780038
  6. Errm, I have three different coach models from them and thats what they started out doing.
  7. They are great models, but I can't help feeling they deserver better running gear.
  8. It's not often I have model railway jealousy, but I do now.
  9. Its a small world. Richie is one of my friends! Edit: And I just noticed I responded to that post @David Stannard
  10. I looked before I posted and I've just looked now and I can't see your question post. There's Jordan's original post, then his tumbleweed one and then one from Northroader where he mentions 'never mind the headlamp" Wierd
  11. Is it possible to order parts like trucks that seem to be general stock items rather than pre-orders?
  12. The castings seems to be OK. I googled the Hornby versions and and what should come up but Zinc pest in them too! I've seen the parts from Peter's Spares, thanks.
  13. Thanks, Measuring the wheel size shows that it is a Manor.
  14. I acquired this chassis recently and I’m trying to ID it. It looks very similar to one listed as a Modified Hall on eBay, but I’m not sure it is exactly the same, the location of the rear sandbox looks different. The Bachmann Hall chassis is a completely different design. BTW the mangling of the cylinders and connecting rods etc are not a problem, I intend to use it for something completely different, but I want a matching chassis for the project
  15. It makes the inner city railroads in Grand Theft Auto 5 look manicured and pristine
  16. Errm, Tangent only announces when the stuff is in their warehouse.
  17. I'm confused by the UDA Actually, I'm more confused as why its era 8 when the later (red-grey) liveried VDA is era 7
  18. Well, I’m sorry I didn’t read back through the whole thread to check if you had ceded so much control that you can’t stop other people making changes at the weekend that prevent major functionality like logging on working.
  19. Do I gather from this that the adverts are now controlled by third party rather than yourself? BTW happens in Safari and Chrome on IOS too. If you aren’t signed in it covers the sign in button
  20. Railtours? 150, 153, 155, 156, 158 and 159 all have opening windows (of a sort). However they don't tend to be pulled by locos
