Wiring work is progressing at a pace and now well over 25% of the layout is fully finished for DCC operation. Dave is doing scenic work ageing the now mostly redundant platform. - picture shows the almost finished platform end just awaiting a dulling down.

There are some up sides to working on the 'big railway' and a view from one of the mess rooms isn't too bad. Should be easy to identify if anyone fancies a guess!

You are classed as an apprentice until at least 30 years service I reckon -29 years and there are still a fair few ahead of me!!
