    Could you not run the stock for the Burngullow sand trains into the yard and then back up the line ,thats what I meant.Good job they demolished that place in Bletchley the parking was diabolical and the place was in danger of falling down if they didnt spend a fortune on it.If the show is in Bracknell you could possibly try Pukka pies as they sell lots of them in the south.

    Liked the railway scenes in Riddle of the Sands lovely steam locos and coaches,also Miss Marple with Margaret Rutherford on the GWR line from Paddington all in black and white Castles, Kings ,Halls and lots of GWR coaches.

    Do the Manchester Glasgow TPI,s have good passenger loadings as it seems a long way on a dmu comfortable as the 185,s are?

    Glad it went well looking good those barriers look very heavy and protective.

    With regard to the bent staging, a GWR staton seat could possibly do the job, sturdy prototypical ,and will provide a comfotable place to rest .

    Both layouts at one show ,just run between the two it will make you fit ,or else put El Gringo on a wire bet he would complain suspended above the two!

    Good to see the layout in the flesh the presentation was great very proffesional anyone would think that you worked for BR ,El Gringo looked a bit precarious perched up on high .The locos ran so smoothly with realy excellent weathering and yuor buildings looked great.

    The wiring diagram must be a work of art ,it looks so neat and tidy how long did it take to get it all done?

    What a magnificent layout it gets better every time you post,the HST,s look brilliant in their proper colours look forward to seeing your extensions on the new layout how are you getting out of decorating ?Good luck.

    Great layout you sould realy try and find low calorie pasties ,pleased to see ametion of John Greenwood he used to live in my part of the world his layouts always were superb with great detail.Packing up after a show I think is the worst part of the event you always seem to find something is not were it should be.Keep up the good work and enjoy your pasties..

    Now the consultants have slapped a massive bill onto the cost,but the council have said that they will reduce this by fining them ,probably getting Perry Mason on the job or Fred Carno!
