  2. Is the low level track at right angles to the raised track the line to Par Docks? If so Punch and Judy would have no trouble getting under the main line to St. Austell
  3. Them thar loco's look like South African and Rhodesian beast's to me. Fairly close to Rhino's.

  8. From the few viewings that I have had of the interiors of the ladies loos, the grafiti tends to be a lot more graphic in detail than the gents, it fair makes you blush. SS
  9. When marking out fabrications,everything was marked from the datum point to eliminate or at the very least reduce error in the final fabrication. If it didn't fit, it went over the side, if it floated it was OK. I believe a similar test was performed on witches. SS

Nearly a quater of an hours worth of this work on tonights Spotlight news with nothing but praise for all those involved, plus a promise by the pm, that the interim report on the alternatives due in July won't be swept under the carpet. Although this afternoon I did see a sludge tanker covered in the following "This tanker is full of government promises". SS

Having stopped following this thread at page 98 due to going to w**k at stupid o'clock this morning and therefore missing the highlights of the past 14 or 15 hours and only just got to the end of the postings, thanks all for the informative and humourous postings. Finaly a huge vote of thanks for all the hard graft put in by all those concened with re-joining this end of the country to the rest of it, from the tea 'n' oggie boy to the big wigs that formulated the plan in the first place and of course our very own behind the scenes correspondents.   13. Will the track be weathered before it is opened to the public or will it be left until a later date?
