  1. I think I am! It’s probably shunted into the bank holiday loop at the moment, but a Rails delivery is on its way.
  2. My maroon ones are on their way from Sheffield.
  3. Mine’s on its way from Sheffield.
  4. Thank you Mike. You are quite right. Where I got 4’ from I don’t know! Anyway, as you say, 3’6’’ will be fine, especially as they’re the only Farish alternative. Do you happen to know the size for the HBA and HEA types too?
  5. Most BR diesels ran with only one tail light; I assume this is the case with the Co-Bos too.
  6. I found that the undersized wheels can be replaced with nearer to scale size 3’6’’ coach wheels without any problems, even on canted track. The prototypes had wheels of 4’, as demanded by the civil engineer.
  7. Great weathering material there. Thank you Dave.
  8. Sorry Graham, it’s meant for the new N model.
  9. Worth a topic of its own. Done.
  10. An un-weathered version like this in N-gauge would be very welcome too!
  11. Thank you Adam. I can’t see myself waiting that long before I give in to temptation!
  12. Great news indeed, but the 87s were un-named for quite a long time after their introduction. Can we have an un-named version for those modelling this period please?
  13. I seem to be one of the lucky ones. Mine’s good.
  14. No postings for a month for Farish now! Maybe some frothing is in order! Do we reckon early BR Freightliner FFA/FGA sets might feature in the August announcement?
  15. 2 ferry vans ordered. Hopefully they’ll negotiate my points smoothly.
  16. My early crest 30673 arrived today. It sits level on the track. It (DC) weighs 43g, compared with the first version’s 24g. Despite the increased weight, it won’t be adequate for Waterloo-Clapham e.c.s., but will be more at home on the Sidmouth branch with 3 coaches or 6 wagons.
  17. I’ve fitted my Conflat Ps with Hunt Elite close couplers. They have overcome the occasional uncoupling which occurred with Dapol buckeyes, due to vertical movement of the NEM pockets. The gap between wagons is marginally wider, but with a dab of black paint on the magnets, they’ll be as inconspicuous as the buckeyes.
  18. Lots of the Mark 1s in the summer announcement have commonwealths, so hopefully they’re in production as accessories too.
  19. Isn’t the class 69 on the way? Can’t see them producing any other loco in the short term, though maybe a 56 will be a spin-off from the 69.
  20. Thank you Scott for putting this on RM Web, which is my first port of call for checking the latest developments. The ferryvans do look terrific!
  21. They look superb. Can you advise when 8’6’’ boxes were first seen on BR please.
