  1. Not at all. My aim with my photos is that modellers find them useful 🥰
  2. Me thinks I might be getting one of these 4 Planks as well. Does anyone else think that Swindon did a "lazy" and just painted over the "G" with 14076? If so 14076 is going on my stack @AGR Model Store 😉 One of the best photos I took of GWR 13154 that is 😃
  3. I have also got a 925006 example on it's way to me as well. If anyone would be kind enough to swap chassis with me you'd be doing me a massive favour!! 🙏
  4. My LNER example arrived today. Really impressed with the model. However @Oliver Rails, why are the headlamps on the LNER and BR examples unable to be removed yet on the other examples no headlamps are fixed on?
  5. The GWR Iron Mink Van... Another top notch wagon from Rapido!!
  6. Thank you. I am more inclined now to put my card down and order a Southern set.
  7. So I am understanding that the main issue with the SR examples is the Brake 3rds missing their '3's from the doors"? I am interested in picking up a set, but looking at the comments on the thread, I am not sure what to think at the moment. I would appreciate some guidance and clarification from those who know these sets please.
  8. @Graham_Muz have you got your hands on a set yet? Awaiting to see your review on these carriages :)
  9. Interestingly I've just found another 4 Plank that was transferred to ballast work on P.29 of the GWR Journal Issue 81. Makes me wonder whether the 4 Planks being transferred from goods service to departmental was anything to do with World War 2?
  10. Farewell for now 2857 and 1501... These fine workhorses have earned the rest after 10 amazing years.
  11. Wagon wise, I'm possibly thinking we may see a Lowmac from Hornby. Owing to their last Signal Box article and the end photo showing a Lowmac wagon.
  12. I will have a go at the poll later on :) A question I would like to ask is in regards to the "15. Freight Stock: Pre-1923". Would you possibly add GWR Opens pre-1923 to this section at all in the future? Whilst Rapido have announced the GWR O21 4 Plank Open to the OO RTR range, there are several other GWR Opens such as the O11, O15 and O13 China Clay that were built prior to 1923. And a new GWR China Clay I would certainly welcome!! ;) ATB, Garethp8873.
  13. I don't know @Miss Prism. All I know is that they want to tidy up 41277 atm.
  14. 41277 is based upon the Severn Valley Railway's restoration of the wagon back in 1986/87 when it joined the railway. However the livery of 41277 I have learnt this week has changed...
  15. Brilliant job Rapido! 👏🏻👏🏻
  16. Does anyone know Nick Deacon at all? He's the author of the excellent Workaday Wagons articles that appear in British Railways Illustrated from time to time and if possible I'd like to ask him some questions I have. On another note, does anyone know when the Workaday Wagon articles first started to appear in British Railways Illustrated please? I have enjoyed seeing the various wagons he has found but would like to start from the beginning if possible now.
  17. Nice to see GWR 93 on Facebook today :) https://www.facebook.com/KernowModelRailCentre/posts/pfbid0343iX6N3VJuJyoJTMnb4sPDcqiGTJpYMmJrECGaZEF6wbDMrJyvovLHqG5TzENjCCl
  18. Hello, I am looking for some examples of wagon numbers of LNWR Dia. 88 vans that were through piped in both LNWR and LMS days. Does anyone know if any examples or even better have any photos? They seem few and far between. ATB, Garethp87.
