The existing ones are intended to give a positive reaction but even then the occasional tool will use the Funny in a negative context.

In the absence of  a "disagree" button or a "don't be ridiculous" button, or a "You can't be serious" button or a "Geez, not that old argument again" button,  I have on occasions use the "Funny" button in a negative sense.

Sincerely

Occasional Tool from Ireland. ;)

Except for Toyotas, which will get you back again as well...

I'd like a 'I can neither confirm nor deny' button, please.

It would save me a lot of typing.

Or, how about a button that says, 'But is it Art, darling?'

I'd use that one, too.

Ah a button wishlist.

Excellent, could I have one for interesting/thought provoking please. None of the others quite fit this purpose.

Close but to a pedant (what me) no cigar.

Maybe we need a big  P button for 'you're being pedantic now'.

For when dealing with some people I'd have thought a "I hear you're a racist now Ted?" may be more useful. Now DJ's gone we don't need "the money was just resting in my account" either. ;)

Surely not.

It's not hard to be negative when you don't mean not to be.

The quadruple negative - wow!!

As a lawyer I'm impressed.

If something is tedious or uninteresting, don't you just avoid reading the thread or that contributor?

I support the need for a 'graon' button but I'm not sure we need one for absolutely everything.

I think that they're worth adding so, yes, I want them. Thanks, Andy.

Thanks, also, to all you participants. :good_mini:

They're both worth a try, you still have the power to retract them if they are abused!

A valid point; the two tabled have now been added. Mick may now groan to his heart's content. In the interests of mediocrity the groan icon does not positively increase the score of the poster. ;)

Drat! I was quite counting on this to get my score up to six-figures by Christmas!
