Off topic but Peterborough related:

Points upgrades to take place at Peterborough train station this Christmas

Would any of that work result in predictable diversions under the dive-under?

"From after the last train on Christmas Eve until before the first service on Monday 27 December, engineers will be working to renew sections of track and the points on a nearby railway junction just north of the station."

That seems to be about 23:00 on the 24th until 04:00 or so on the 27th judging by train times from RTT.

Wednesday 22nd December

Views from Hurn Road. Looks like a hedge is being planted. I suppose there'll be some kind of ditch or fence constructed between the field and Hurn Road...

Looks like a TARDIS and a grit tub:

Does anyone know where and what they will be working on?

No trains seen using the dive-under from 15:00 to 16:20.

4E28 (0005), 4E13 (0232), 4E11 (0442), 4E14 (0711) & 4E53 (1005) Seem to be the only services northbound today (Real Time Trains)

The rest are 'Runs as required' and didn't, or just cancelled today.

Can't find any southbound at all.

Some of us have already done so. For those who haven't yet there is 4E53 at just after 08:00 tomorrow. Nothing else definite although there is a 'runs as required' service at around 16:20 as well. Very little scheduled for subsequent days either.

4E21 at around 1455/1500 is a regularly scheduled service

Here it is for next Wednesday:
