In the workshop, "Tales from Topographic Oceans"

Something of an acquired taste, it was my Yes favourite many years ago and I wore out my vinyl copy.

Picked up a digitally remastered version in HMV for about three quid.  Sounds terrific, but I'm really not interested in the extras.  I guess its trying to give "added value", but a "studio runthrough" of what is obviously a work-in-progress Revealing Science of God is really dull listening.  (Yes I know, I don't have to listen to it...)

Cheers, Dave.

Benjamin Britten 'A Ceremony of Carols' - what else on Christmas morning?

Deb and I - atheists both - had always listened to it on this day, and Sherry, a believer, is happy to do so too! But shortly I have agreed to accompany her to the service at All Saints, across the green. Marriage is about give and take, after all.

Merry Christmas!
