Question; as I am getting old I am not sure what is being advertised here.  Are they advertising underwear or is that how ladies dress today to go to the pub?

Maybe they are also rescued from the car park, with sound effects?

We're working on the Ranty Gammon Filter. Take some time to learn how Google Ads work and rest in comfort that Jezza will have indirectly paid for you to read the page. If you don't like seeing a type of ad you can click on the box at the top right of the ad and tell Google why you'd rather not see a particular ad again.

Have you been seeing any porn advertised on here?

Close, Asian dating agencies,  I'd love to know who in the factory was looking that up...

Something must be amiss with the ad rhythmic whoever is in charge.  Most hereon are of an age where such ads are hardly useful except as eye candy, indeed one such site is titled CoutureCandy ( probably best not to click on it) with comely maidens, one labeled HOT.  Problem is they're proliferating so does that mean more are viewing them? Tut! Tut!:secret_mini:

I'm getting River Island, which I cannot afford to shop at being but a poor pensioner, though I do quite like their stuff so I suppose it's not a million miles off target.  But the rest of you clearly have such exciting lives.

These things are supposed to work by tracking and assessing your on line spending habits, aren't they? in which case I'm a bit puzzled at River Island as the majority by miles of my online spending is model railway items from small suppliers or 'Bay.  My landlord replaced my double glazing a few years ago, and ordered it to my address, resulting in my getting double glazing advertising online and by leaflet for ages after.  I'd apparently shown an interest in double glazing(!), but you'd have thought even the sort of tertiary lack-of-education marketing course dropouts employed by double glazing firms would realise that my address wasn't going to be likely to be in the market for new double glazing for about another 3 decades minimum.

I've pulled the plug on my landline phone, due to consistent cold callers who 'understand that I've been involved in a road traffic accident for which I am not to blame'.  Youda fort, wouldn't you, that these people would concentrate on people who were at least car owners; it's 20 yeas since I owned a vehicle.

Best, I get is shoes or Skodas,  I rarely wear shoes, preferring walking boots and I already drive a Skoda, but I haven't looked online for either of them. I have looked at WW1 lorries, I might try available 38dd or larger middle aged girls and see what that turns up, just hope the current model doesn't catch me at it!

1. They know we're interested in models.

2. They know we're in need of something better to do because we're spending time on here.

3. Other than that, our interests are so arcane and our refusal to spend money on popular consumer items is so stubborn that we've broken the system.

Now I'm getting hoverboard segways. Proof of (3), I think.

Maybe I shouldn't admit to this, but had some useful adverts for proximity sensors appear today.  Might come in handy for the back roads of my fiddle yard where I can't always see whats going on.  Makes a change from all the glamour girls, anyway.

What really puzzles me about all these supposedly intelligent advert placing systems (and considering what I buy most frequently) is that I never get adverts for cat food.

Do you browse on here for cat food, or do you just go down to the supermarket and buy it?

It's Body Shop today.  Perhaps they know something about me that I don't!

The spambots have been tracking you and decided you visit model railway shows, so assume you need ahem 'freshening up'?

Well, not on RMWeb, but I do a fair bit of browsing with Google, mainly to check on the contents and completeness (in terms of cat dietry requirements) of various cat food brands (I have a very pampered cat who insists on the best).  Go and buy them at the local pet shop, though!
