I think it needs a driver,and certainly needs "knocking about".In my experience forktrucks seldom look pristine for long,especially "common user"ones found on dock sides or timber yards.(or builders merchants come to that).

When doing my buildings, I couldn't find standard windows so I made my own:

A very tedious job.  I used Evergreen strip, mostly 0.040" x 0'040".

These things would lend themselves to being 3D printed if you know someone.

I can’t see any mistakes or rough cuts.....

 

.....but then if you’re anything like me ‘you’ can see them even if no one else can
