That is a lot different to mine, does it have a socket underneath? I suspect it is a new part fitted to the 9F. On the old design of the 21 pin socket in my photos the HM7000 PowerBank socket interferes with the mounting screw, so they have turned the decoder upside down to give more clearance. They did this on the P2 but the pcb is different again, haven't they heard of common parts. Looks like its time for the multimeter.

That won't work. Too many knots in the wire - the electricity can't get through.
