A no-brainer for both parties. He was already contracted for this year, when we may - may - see a revised pecking order due to new regs, but really he has been a first-rate signing. And as I said previously, when Danny Ric was rather left in his shadow last year, his true class became even clearer. Three really talented Brits in (expected to be) competitive cars this year - when could we last say that?

Was he waiting on Hamilton turning up to the paddock for Mercedes, just in case they came calling?

Must be happy with the 2022 spec car then, that's a good sign, and probably Norris signing a long term contract is also indicative he is happy with what he has seen so far.

A very misleading headline, typical SUN I'm afraid.

VAX WARS

F1 could be forced to change driver line-up in 2022 as new Covid rules mean everybody in paddock must show vaccine proof

I feel Gasley needs to look outside the Red Bull if he does want to move on, unless the Alpha Touri is quick and a winning machine, which is possible. He will always be treated as No 2 to Max.

Red Bull drops major Pierre Gasly hint.

"Yes, that right".

Aston Martin Launch with a VERY SCRUFFY Seb.

Maybe not the most important thing but purely on the aesthetics front these are massively better-looking cars than last year.

MV deciding to use "1" on his car this year speaks volumes - you would have thought that, given the way the title was <decided>, he'd have the grace to continue to race under his usual number.

Like him or loathe him, LH continuing to just use his "44", even after multiple championship wins, shows him to be more respectful of his competitors than MV...

Probably more Marko/Horner/RB than Max wanting to use #1.

There, corrected it for you, MV has no qualms about using it. From what I remember he'd already said he would long before the season finished.
