If you actually read the listing, he wants just short of 4 grand but isn't including the plastic baskets shown in the pictures which you can get for free from any grocer/market stall.

These are actually not that common.....but there should be a limit to mad prices?

 

This one is post 1962...Super 4 Track mentioned on the box end stamp....

 

The Brown version, I belive, is even less common....or is that the other way around?

 

There was also a Cattle Crossing with Bigger gates!

 

Also a fencing and gates set....

It's a rare item. Tri-ang scenic items from the mid-sixties seemed to be short lived, so presumably did not sell well. Hence today they are sought after and expensive. The figures in particular.

Probably true for this item, but that doesn't worry the likes of Gostude.   :O

 

All three examples still having their boxes suggests they are unsold stock? It's the sort of thing that would be plonked on the layout and the box binned.
