Its still there, a box with an arrow pointing out of it, click that an the bb code is there if its enabled.

 

Do you have to be a member of Flickr to get the bb code now as they never show for me since the revamp, including for the picture you posted?  The box with the arrow just says "Sharing is restricted for this photo" under bb code.

I took this one at Peterborough, and with so much new kit laid down it certainly looks like a modellers efforts

and when you look at the Dover Priory thread and David Todds recent attempts at platforms I think a good modeller could replicate this.

Another one from over the pond. Jim Zzygote’s “La Grange - Kentucky"

 

Nice over head shot of the town scene of the layout. Exquisite buildings and details. Note how the curving backscene merges almost seamlessly with the trees on the outskirts of town.
