RMweb Gold Worsdell forever Posted November 24, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted November 24, 2014 The latest member of the BCB road fleet appeared on the layout at Warley, not a permanent member, it's one of my own, the recent ERF LV from Oxford Diecast, weathered, a folded sheet on the back and (even though you can't see them) brake pipes to the trailer.

Arthur
I spotted that on Sunday Paul and thought that I hadn't seen it before. Looks good, and nicely staged, nose to nose with the AEC.

Fat Controller
Nice job. Reminds me of the wagons A&H Davey (Davey Roadways) of Stoke used to operate, well into the 1980s. I think they and Bassetts of Tittensor used to compete to see who had the oldest operational fleet.

Hugh Just for our own selfish gratification.............. When operating over the weekend, every time I looked down the front of the layout there were camera lenses pointing at the passing trains and the little cameo's etc. Some were taking stills and some were clearly taking movies. Has anyone got anything they could post up here. We would all love to take a look, please. Andy
Andy Y
Look at the state of my steel viaduct! So my ongoing organic weathering experiment didn't go too well then.

RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted November 25, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted November 25, 2014 I'm not sure if the back right hand spring has gone on that blue cortina ... Or he's got the mother-in-law in the back... Nah - he's been out "randifying" in a quiet car park on Cannock Chase!

There are several members at work partake in the practices as a matter of course these days.

There are several members at work partake in the practices as a matter of course these days. The chase is a beufiful place.... I spend time on the chase walking, watching the fallow deer, researching the military railway.... Non of those are meant as metaphors or innuendo's. As dusk falls the cars gather on the little woodland car parks. If you drive up they move off to another little woodland car park. What I observe is that the occupants are always men - just one in each car. A friend of mine who works on the chase says that it is almost always just men. Hope I haven't ruined any thoughts to the contrary. Andy
RMweb Premium Indomitable026 Posted November 29, 2014 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted November 29, 2014 I have been lucky enough to be handed some photographs of the Layout the other day at work. The photos by Simon Wragg are of the layout during its visit to Warley show last weekend....

RMweb Premium Mark Forrest Posted November 29, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 29, 2014 Is the number 2 end of 25187 off the rails?
