The first brought back memories of a picture I posted in the early days of the project showing an inspection I went on in 1982 showing a blue and grey saloon propelled by a Class 25 parked on the main line at Round Oak South. It is an excellent layout, simple, well thought out and oozing lots of atmosphere as the railways in the BC were in the chosen periods. Also, I had some excellent advice regarding the Gaugemaster digital controllers foibles, regarding speed steps. Thanks very much. Actually I enjoyed the whole show. It one point I was little concerned I might never got the diesels back onto the layout 37427 got a run up and down with some LNER coaches in tow as well though!
