bluebottle
Got this emailed from "Senior Discounts": https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152853492090118&set=a.10151405722730118.825771.183317955117&type=1 Actually, what made me smile was the intro in the email: "If you have ever woken up in the morning and felt a little stiff..." When you're getting on a bit, that experience is a cause for rejoicing...

RMweb Gold The Stationmaster Posted June 17, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 17, 2013 Do you not like Apple or something? Also, did it work afterwards!! The bit that got me was what sort of idiot would make an omelette including the eggshells - the anti- Apple message was plain enough and was presumably sponsored by Microsoft by why make an omelette full of broken eggshell. weird! DDolfelin
Another strange sign on the Village Notice Board (which is the source of much amusement): Wouldn't it be easier to teach the dogs to sit?
Popular Post BG John
Railway enthusiast training for my new friend started today, with a ride on the Teifi Valley Railway. She found it all quite interesting, and not at all scary!

RMweb Gold SHMD Posted June 24, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 24, 2013 Things that make you smile? This certainly put a smile on my face all evening. Mongolian Barbecued Lamb. Done right before your eyes. First off, you choose your cut (that new piece cost just under a tenner (£). Then the Chef cooks it for you. Dining alfresco tonight, which was probably a mistake... ...as it 'very' quickly went dark, the heavens opened and we had one heck of a thunderstorm that knocked half the cities power out for an hour! But still, a fantastic meal served by some really friendly people in a resteraunt that I can thoroughly recommend. (Usual disclaimers don't apply as they have said the next time I eat for free. I'm easily bought!) :) Kev.
