Question:

An excavator weighing 22 tons is on top of a Lowboy trailer and heading east on the Trans-Canada Highway in Alberta.

The extended shovel arm is made of hardened refined steel and the approaching overpass is made of commercial-grade concrete, reinforced with 1 inch steel bar spaced at 6 inch intervals in a criss-cross pattern layered at 1 foot vertical spacing.

Solve:

When the shovel arm hits the overpass, how fast do you have to be going to slice the bridge in half?

(Assume no effect for head wind and no braking by the driver)

Well thats one way to get it off the trailer .  :nono:

1960s advertising (or the days before PC)

This is from the marketing boom of 1964 when WD40 was first released.

It is strange, isn't it? these days, they can't even handle Baa Baa Black Sheep, how would our 'watchdogs' respond to this?

Why do I get the feeling this might not be genuine...? ;)

You presumably haven't see the Aussie camouflage with sewn on reflective strips http://www.navy.gov.au/about/organisation/uniforms

I should possibly mention the US Navy's blue camouflage but that's more :nono:  than :) So far as I can see the only thing that camouflages you against is the sea - which is fat load of good unless you fall in - and if that happens you want to be as visible as possible.
