One of my wishlist items turned up yesterday; Dapol are going to produce the Diagram N auto-trailer in 00.  That would now therefore be a gap on my t-shirt...

What? Your wish list is now only nine items? Where's your ambition?

In a communication with the shop that I deal with (in the UK) a comment was made that the Dapol 7mm class 66 might be in by the end of this month! All that I can say is  HOORAY!!!!

I wish that there were a much larger font!

Ok, let's count, all RTR to current standards or better, in order of preference:-

1. 1854 or 2721 Pannier, in wartime austerity black Caerphilly Works 'grotesque' livery

2. Collett 1938 31xx large prairie (not Churchward 31xx)

3. TVR gangwayed twin set auto trailers

4. Diagram J auto trailer

5. Diagram A10 auto trailer

6. Collett flat-ended non-gangwayed passenger stock.

7. Collett bow-ended non-gangwayed all third and South Wales type brake third

8. Cardiff Railway auto trailer, GW diagram A20

9. Removable/posable independently powered working head and tail lamps.

Yup, that's it, nine items.  Not much to ask is it, come on manufacturers, be kind to an old drunk...

Alas the one that went away was common motors and available spares!

The British Rail Sandwich is supposed to be "kept under glass domes on the counters in refreshment rooms until the corners turned up".

Strange.

I've never seen the corners of the counters turn up.............😄

Was gonna put this elsewhere, but as it made me smile I've placed it here.

A lot of the media portray this woman overly serious, but here she's able to let her true self through.

For someone who is not only austistic but was selectively mute as well, to go from shy schoolgirl to the forefront of eco politics is truly amazing.
