Uid pair are powering a Felixstowe freightliner through Manea in January 1990. Loco on the left is 37072 in all over grey (so you are correct it is not dutch, it was one of a few which never went dutch), looks like it is 37035 on the right. Probably 6O51 Ripple Lane to Micheldever, usually a 37/7 and the only train of TEAs running in that area at that time with a single 37 on the front.
