Cracking pics of that Bulleid - is it a West Country (I'm not well up with the Southern!)

No doubt weathered by your own fair hand, Andy?

Jeff

Hi Jeff, thanks for dropping by,

West Countrys are named after locations in the West Country. i.e. Exeter, Plymouth etc.

Battle of Britains are named after War Heros and Air Force Squadrons. Tangmere, Spitfire etc.

Merchant Navy's are named after Shipping Lines, Clan Line, Holland Affrica Line etc.

Yes weathered by me for a friend. :O

Cheers George, I am sure I have some pics of that in my weathering file, I will try and dig them out.

In the meantime, and still on the subject of Mico Layouts, I had forgotten about Masons Lane, at 3sq ft it was built for the Hornby Magazine 3 square feet challange and came 6th which I was more than pleased with, here are a few pics.

When I look at this I managed to squeeze in a Road Over Bridge, Platform, Car Park, Canal, Cottages, Level Crossing and Two Sidings in just 4ft 6 inches x 9 inches without it looking crowded.

More Crammore pics in a mo. :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive:

Excellent photos there Andy. You really have built some excellent layouts over the years no matter what era or scale. Always a source of inspiration as well to us other modellers. Keep up the good work mate.

Marcus.

Hi Marcus, thanks for your kind words, BUT I have just had a look at your Kyle of Lochwilliam and I am so impressed with so much of the small details you have added, now that is inspiration on a big scale. :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive:
