bbishop
Hi, I don't know why no-one else starts a Warley thread. So could someone else, preferably from the Midlands, start the official thread. Because the purpose of this thread is just to decide whether (or not) we hold RMWeb meetings in the usual place. The usual place is, of course, the exhibition bar. Anyway, I'm committed to coaching a Community First Responder course on the Saturday (23rd November) so will be travelling to the Warley show on the Sunday (24th November). So what do people reckon - 12:30 in the bar on both Saturday and Sunday? Don't forget identification. Bill
Andy Y
I did start one here - http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/74710-warley-national-2013/?hl=warley We can keep this one for meeting points etc. - We've clogged up the bar for the last couple of years and it's as sensible an idea as any Bill. Alternatively I'll be on the BRM stand most of the weekend.
chrisf
For the;last couple of yers we have met in the Wetherspoons upstairs from the exhibition hall. This was my suggestion because of the price and quality of the beer! Chris

Trebor
Does that mean he gets a seat? (and I agree re Wetherspoons - I think I can remember where it is) No, it means he gets to buy the first beer for all that attend
RMweb Premium jamie92208 Posted September 30, 2013 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 30, 2013 I'll be there with Supersonic demonstrating some parts of Green Ayre but I doubt that we'll get chance to get up to the bar but feel free to come and have a chat, stand E09. Ruston
Erm... I don't know where to post this so this seems as good a place as any... Is anyone from the Wakefield area travelling down to Warley on the Sunday? I have a seat spare in either my van or Land Rover. It's just that it's an expensive do and I'd like to share the fuel and parking costs if possible. Thanks

An entire thread about folk offering to share lifts to shows and exhibitions. I am sure there are many people would like to attend but cannot. Whats do others think? Andy?
