Ceptic
Oh....sphericals.!.....Not another......There's been too. too many, recently. Being an old fart, from the old school and being introduced to Rik and his mate, Ade Edmonson, by my kids ('The Dangerous Brothers' skits on 'Saturday Live' / ' The Tube', IIRC), This / his / their brand of comedy was like a positive 'shot in the aforesaid'. Rik Mayall,.....Irreplaceable....R.I.P.

34theletterbetweenB&D
It's wait for the autopsy to know for sure what happened (what sort of black humour would he have extracted from that?) but given his manager's comment (in a piece on the BBC website which now appears to be so overloaded that it is inaccessible) about evidence of long term memory problems, and the serious head injury he sustained in his 1998 accident, you don't need to be a neurology specialist to suspect some ongoing damage in the brain. I can feel a long slow drift to the Bottom coming on this evening. Unforgettable Rik Mayall.
andyram
And one which Rik may appreciate - taken from last night's Bottom episode. Night, night sleep tight Hope the bed bugs do not bite If they do, do a pooh. Put it in a Cornish stew. Into the ambulance Dring, dring, dring. Fish, trousers, elephant in Peking. Saw a busy bee. Diddle diddle dee. Daddy's an accountant just like me. Night, night God bless. I'M STILL NOT TIRED!!!!!
