Yes it is Sainty.

If I was to get things right to start with then that would become more boring than mucking every thing up and having to put it right.

Hi Clive,

There is a fine line between the prevention of boredom and frustration, here is the 10% frustration followed by the 90% right first time:

One class 82 undergoing paint stripping forming the 10%.

Four 81's, an 83, two 84's and two 85's forming the 90%.

Gibbo, all those lovely sparklers seem to have no track to run on. I'll happily string some knitting on my layout if they need a home to go to ;)

Hi Dr Fritters,

That situation was all explained on my own thread a week or two ago.

They don't need knitting, they run well enough without it, you could just pretend. It's all pretend anyway and that is before we get all eschatological about life or even toy trains for that matter.

A good friend had all the posts, etc. on his layout but no wires. Until he pointed it out it was hard to spot the difference.

Must be the quest to find which one has the perfect rhythm to align with the clickity clack of the wheels over the rail.

Tonight I have been listening to a nice bunch of fellas from Bristol.

The tablets obviously haven't helped much, try some Kalms Clive.

Hi Chard,

I feel that a major part of the appeal of this thread is that should you be daft enough to like it then that may well explain why you are both most welcome and feel at home here*.

* I'm more than daft enough.

Hi Martin,

What will Clive say other than 10p in the swear box.

Gibbo.

Tough, and my favourite steam locos came from Swindon, a stylish* express passenger 4-6-0, and a heavry freight 2-10-0.

* Kings are not stylish

If they run on that new fangled electricity with the extra C then they are very welcome to come and stretch their wheels and pans on Ravensclyffe.

These two coaches are costing me a lot, all the bits from MJT £37, still have Comet and Gibson to do, as well as Precision.

But then I will have two unique self built carriages which would look very kit like.

If we were still having them, then someone would still come along at an exhibition and "are they Hornby?"

Hi Martin,

That would be £37.10 including the earlier swear box donation.

Hi Gibbo

Have you seen what Paul 5barVT is up to?

And he says he gets a free pass as it appeared on his thread.

Not wanting to have a RMweb handbags at dawn duel, I have let him off.
