  1. Got wi-fi up North of the border now then Dave ? Get Fiona to show you how to use it ?
  2. A small alteration regarding the FREE vintage bus. It may not be a RED London Routmaster but it could be a RED Manchester Leyland. The intended service will be (due to the distance involved) an HOURLY service from/to Urmston Station, via Chapel Lane to the Sports Village. This unfortunately on the Saturday will only be able to meet alternate trains - but every train on the Sunday. So if coming by train book through to Urmston and have a FREE Vintage bus ride.
  3. Paul No you are not under suspicion, although now you mention it I am advised by the Sports Village manager there are no other significant events booked for the weekend. So parking should not be a problem. See you there.
  4. Just to clarify. In the 27 Years I have been involved in the organisation of expoEM (North) this is the FIRST time that theft has been reported. What Might have happened at other shows in the Manchester area I am not aware of. The only other theft at expoEM North that I know of was at Wakefield in the 1980s. Derek

  11. Clive, I am fully aware of what happened from the outbreak of WW2 it is the inference that ALL PO wagons were decrepit and filthy at that date and that NONE had been newly built or repaired/repainted in the 1930s. I'm sure that Chas Roberts,Gloucester, Marcroft etc did not all stop trading in 1930.
