  1. I wonder if we’ll ever see another run of Granges from Hornby John @checkrail
  2. I hope you don't mind my putting this video on my layout thread as it has plenty of potential customers viewing it.😉
  3. Lots of western running samples to be seen on this video taken at the Rapido HQ by @That Model Railway Guy lucky chap.
  4. Photos on their website.
  5. As a fan of these couplings any chance of a photo between the two coaches please @rembrow
  6. I just can't see this working somehow , it doesn't seem to be a good fit for either brands.
  7. I hope all Plymouth residents that follow this thread like @Siberian Snooper stay safe and away from the Torpoint ferry terminal this evening.

  9. @Islesy has said that Accurascale will be doing western region versions of their Mk1 suburban's in due course.
  10. Well if you're asking @Tim Dubya can you flip it up over and take a few shots of the delicious underframe/bogies as I have a penchant for this kind of detail.😉
  11. Pleased to see the bump stops present as I thought they were missing on examples at Rail’s last week.
  12. At least they haven't got The Beatles plastered over them.🤣
  13. Can anyone post a link to where I can order the Frankie Howerd train pack as advertised.🤣 It will complement the Hornby Beatles wagons reviewed by Sam's Trains.
  14. Has nobody got a set of these we can see in a layout setting yet.👍

    Hornby latest 8F

    Not in goodwill though.
  16. I know what you're saying @57xx but I'm a believer in backing these relatively new manufacturers after they've gone the extra mile to ask what we wanted. I remember the survey of a few years back. OK there's been a few hiccups along the way but would we have had the same choices or versions from Bachmann or Hornby for a van or open wagon. I still have high hopes that Rapido's B set will blow people away. Maybe I'm deluded but I couldn't build/paint the Comet kit and detail the interior to that standard offered, all for 70 sheets each. I can wait for the prices to come down or miss out but I think life is too short and buy today as sometimes tomorrow never comes.
  17. My money would be chocolate and cream with shirt button Rich @The Fatadder
  18. No mention of these in your latest newsletter @RapidoCorbs and just wondering how they are progressing and when we'll see decorated livery samples.
