  1. I would rather see Accurascale or Rapido tackle these John @Dunsignalling
  2. Anyone else having this problem, I'm on Virgin Media and haven't changed any settings.
  3. Some judicious weathering from @toboldlygo will hide that then.😉A photo in the pamphlet that comes with the models also shews a stone liveried 50886 taken in 1938.It has the post-36 style lettering.
  4. You've had me questioning my memory but a post on the relevant thread by @Islesy October '22 confirms. It was validated by SR guru Mike King which is good enough for me.
  5. If the stock is of a quality I'll bend my rules.😉Banana traffic ceased during WW2 and as there's no photo evidence to the contrary , bauxite will do for me at the moment. @Islesy is the man to ask as he did the thorough research for this model.
  6. I'm pretty sure you could run stone and bauxite in the postwar period. @Islesy suggested these for my period and Muz @Graham_Muz would have the stone version.
  7. I'll be taking photos of mine early next week if you want to use them on the website @Miss Prism
  8. According to info given by @TrevorP1 of this parish there was an Avonmouth to Cornwall trip with these.😉
  9. Excuse the poor camera phone photos but I thought I'd shew you the excellent quality of the packaging for the Accurascale banana vans. These models are really something else indeed. They are superb and look at that underframe detail. More anon.
  10. Talking of goodies and according to Rail's there's a bumper arrival due in tomorrow from Rapido of V14/16, O11/15 and Y4's.
  11. The next quality items to grace this thread are the Accurascale SR banana vans that I've just had my despatch confirmation email for.😎 Photos anon.
  12. There's a video on You Tube now shewing the removal of the roof and running of these. I didn't realise you get a selection of the bar couplings depending on your tightest curves , although no mention in the destructions.
  13. I would imagine she will be painted red like Olton Hall and then put on display in HP Tokyo, a bit of bullshittery will get the tills ringing.
  14. Another big scoop for you all is that the new build Grange 6880 Betton Grange is to star at the SVR Spring Gala. The SVR are reporting strong ticket sales. https://svr.co.uk/news/new-build-loco-6880-betton-grange-to-star-at-svr-spring-steam-gala/
  15. Talking of Halls and did anyone else see that the owners of 4920 Dumbleton Hall had been sold to Warner's Bros to use in Harry Potter World Tokyo. The last time I saw her was in a right state at Buckfastleigh, so they've done well to get the million pounds reported.
  16. Noch do some quality leaves in three shades of green , they come in 50g bags and are excellent.
