      the scrapage sceam was a poor idea, as your said all those decent, perfectly usable cars were scrapped just so people can have new cars... i tried it once at a vauxhall dealership, they said the car had to have MOT, Tax, be in good working order, i thought, well why scrap it then? whats the point of paying all that money for something that does exactly the same as my "older" model.

      anyway back to trawling all the trade sites....lol.

      hmm...that would be good. theres a mini near me on auction 1992 ( not that old ) but its a beautie! red with white bonnet stripes and spot lamps. in 12months MOT aswel!!!!

    Drove past an elderly lady today, she was lay on the ground next to a set of traffic lights. I swung the car around and ran to her aid, she had fell and twisted her ankle. I made sure she was ok offered to call 999 but she insisted on minimum fuss. I even offered her a lift home but she declined. I hope she is ok. I made sure she could get up ok, and put wieght on both legs she appeared to be able to walk. Wish I could have helped more but she was rather embarraced bless her heart.

    Has found a new favourite toxicting drink! Kappanburg strawberry and lime! Yummy, but I got a thumping forehead :(

      I think it is spelt Kopparberg. It's very sweet, tastes like pink jelly babies and is strangely moreish.

      That's the one! Excuse miss spelling! Yes just like pink jelly babies with a fizz.

      Cant remember if it was cheap or exenisve per bottle. I seem to have alot of change left in wallet tho.....Always a good sign.
