Thanks for the info... ah yes now you mention it i can see the differences in 156's and 153's profile and cab ends. Impressive scratchbuild Will look out for the articals in the past mag releases. Thanks. Jack.

Appreciate the detailed reply Bill. It looks a good technique and versitile for cambers/curve allawances. I will have to try something similar as 'RTR' in my opinion is limited and a little dictating, similar to what you said about the points at the weekend your free to have them at any angle you wish. The fencing looks very good Bill. Sorry if you have already mentioned it but what is the platform core constructed with...foam board? I never know what to use for platforms..! Cheers Jack.

Marc I totally agree. We all like to see trains with a lengthy nature fly past at a scale speed of 70. But in reality its a small shunting layout or even diorama/boxfile that has potential to hold details that people don't necessarily see the first time they look. The possibilities are endless and unique which draws people in. Cheers Jack

Thanks mark glad your enjoying st.clemens' progress. I built a parkside 7mm ex-LNER 21ton hopper and at first it was alot of head scratching and getting to grips with the terminology. But complete and weathered its satisfying. KMRC have some great stuff lined up and as you said the potential is better than ever. -JH is amazing work and gives me a feel of a hot summers evening in some photos. And the tardis effect, keep forgetting JH is the size it is! Jack.

Glad your getting them sorted Bill. I notice my 66 doesn't like cambers will throw its toys out the pram and its self for that matter. Good stuff though Bill, keeps us occupied. Jack.

One thing I plan in N scale is a 158/9 set in first great western. Will watch that space! Haha. See you soon Jack.
