Hi everyone, A friend has asked me if I can put this question up: Recently I fitted a harness and DCC23 to both a Lima Sprinter and a Bachmann 170. After running them for a while on his test-track they both performed well; this was controlled using a 'Prodigy Elite' system (DCC04). Yesterday, my friend tried to change the addresses from the default setting of 3; this was done using Railmaster. On returning to operation with the DCC04 he found neither unit would respond. Before using some of the Gaugmaster programming facilities to over-ride the settings on the chip (i.e. changing the address, where it is unknown, using the programming track) I was requested to ask if anyone knew if there was a compatibility issue, or if something had simply gone wrong?
