  1. See post #3207 for what's due through this weekend: http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/81949-washout-at-dawlish/page-129
  2. 1Z15, 06.25 Tyseley Steam Trust to Kingswear:
  3. If it's this one, it's passing through: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/U55042/2014/04/26/advanced
  4. Passing times for Dawlish: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/U63266/2014/04/19/advanced http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/U63269/2014/04/19/advanced

  6. If you mean the ones shown in entry #2631 here http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/81949-washout-at-dawlish/page-106, they were 57313 and 47746.
  7. 0A40 has just passed through Dawlish, the 11.30 Old Oak Common HSTD to Penzance, presumably for tonight's sleeper service. 1A27 is just visible in the background:
  8. FGW are converting one of the first class coaches into standard class. There will now only be 1 x complete first class coach and the buffet coach will continue to have first class. More info here: http://www.railforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=97893
  9. From the description: "Fascinating Vintage Steam Film Footage of LNER Gresley A4 Locomotive - Silver Fox running non stop between London & Edinburgh & showing the crew changeover in the corridor tender. Edited from old BTF film "The Elizabethan Express"". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_OFGNFWksw
  10. NMT due back through at 19.46, although could run early of course: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/U15107/2014/04/11/advanced
  11. Who pays for this kind of thing? Is it Network Rail/local authority or is there an element for the homeowners and their insurers? Presumably extent of land ownership and liabilities would show up in the searches when they bought their houses.
  12. Not sure if these have been posted in the last week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYALomz32Gk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYycRAMIvdQ
  13. Just through, the 12.29 Parkandillack to Exeter Riverside Yard, with a definite toot for the webcam!
  14. I imagine this has got something to do with the TRUST code, although it's unusual to see it used for passenger trains; it normally only happens with freight. For example, from the Euxton Jct page, this freight is running as 493Z, which is part of the TRUST ID: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/H90828/2014/04/09/advanced Which train is in the picture, so we can see what's happened to the TRUST code on the RTT page?
  15. I use the "Prt Scrn" keyboard button and paste it in to Word. I then right click the picture, select "Save as Picture" and save it in my chosen computer folder as a jpeg, which can be uploaded to RMweb.
  16. The enlarged picture shows it to be 6330: http://shed83a.smugmug.com/CoachingStock/Mk2-Other/Mk2-Barrier/17434064_C64xLp#!i=1716095421&k=Dkjqs3w&lb=1&s=A
  17. I missed 5Z00 as it came through early, but the webcam has a replay facility, so I captured these shots:
  18. Just missed this on the Euxton Jct webcam so I don't know what's powering it, but it's due through Dawlish at 18.21: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/K91278/2014/04/05/advanced It could be something like this: https://flic.kr/p/cWHvFy
  19. I've had a look through the three pages of this thread and I don't think anyone's posted this:
  20. Lots of Class 37 pictures at this website I've never come across before. Plenty of other classes as well: http://www.keithstransportpics.co.uk/Class-37-s-In-Action.html
  21. I seem to remember this was debated a few years ago and in relation to Class 26s and 27s as well. As you say, the marker lights were just marker lights and weren't used that often anyway. The "tail light" was just a red blind: Stopped In Its Tracks - 33 017 by Sir Hectimere, on Flickr No marker lights in use: The Woking Stop - 33 004 by Sir Hectimere, on Flickr And while we're talking about 33s, here's an interesting picture of a blue one in 1967: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fungus-mcbogle/6635761771/

A new catalogue is being launched at Alexandra Palace tomorrow, which might give an idea of availability.
