Morning all from the grey and overcast valley. Rain expected when Baz arrives apparently. Talk of the cat & fiddle leads to a question, is the ice-cream van still there? It was a tradition that we stopped and Dad bought me a 99, it started when I was about 6 and the last time was about 20 years ago, not long before he died. Haven't been that way since.
The rib is calming down and last night I almost got a good sleep, but it will be much less uncomfortable by the time I have to go back to bed.
A quiet day today I think, Mrs HB and granddaughter off to see the 'Daft Old Bat'. Mother in law, who is in the early stage of oldtimers. We had thought so for some while, she thinks so too, after visiting her brother earlier in the week. Her older sister had, her younger brother now has Alzheimers.
Thoughts to the sick, recovering and those under stress.
Have a good one.
