TV and newspapers seem to feel the need to sensationalise everything and most of those who write the reports know little of real life. Never let the facts get in the way of a good story!

Of course, it could be fake...then it is worth 5p. But if that fake was created by David Hockney, then it could be worth £50,000.00. If it transpired that it was a fake Hockney of a fake £5, then it's probably worth £5. If that fake was by Tracy Emin, and you are Charles Saachi, then it's worth £5 million...

Neighbour said they'd cover it, but thats not really the point. L150's been dusted off ok, indeed when i photographed the before & after it looked like it's been in a decades storage. So it's just the tram and a bunch of work tidying up / gluing and picking off the mess. All in all quite lucky.

Thanks sharris. Was supposed to be looking out onto a warm beach this evening, instead my view is of the A23! Touchwood tomorrow we should be flying to Banjul. As for RC planes, I guess the best advice is not to try and fly them alongside the 1:1 scale equivalents....

    3. rembrow

      rembrow

It used to be that once fully booked, others were 'standby' who could be bounced off before boarding, however 'United' seem to decide that their employees have higher priority than fare paying travellers-now we know

    4. adb968008

      adb968008

All United needed to do, was increase the offer.. someone will eventually take the money, it is after all supposed to be voluntary deboarding.
