  1. Get well soon, Rob - it doesn’t last long and I hope it doesn’t shut Miss RRH’s hospital wards down too !
  2. I talk to any animal, but they’re mainly dogs .
  3. A cow friend of mine always gets excited when she sees a Beetle go by because it usually brings a bull. She says it ought to have 1st class markings, like the humans’ best coaches.
  4. I wonder if the footpath to the gated crossing goes anywhere - or is it used by the pigs to watch the trains go by?
  5. On it’s Permanent Way..
  6. There Is just one for the non-mooing end.
  7. Your beetle seems to be full of ‘are !
  8. The old seaman on the stairs is taking stories to another level.
  9. I have been slowly making a model of Limpley Stoke station. For the roof I found that the Scalescenes Fire Station download had a good representation of the Eternit red tiles - complete with moss patches. Having seen this new kit and its potential I will start again !
  10. That’s a lovely image of a made up model with platform paraphinalia on your website- perhaps you could share it here!
  11. The problem is that the only chap who could possibly help is leaning over the fence looking the other way.
  12. True, but those who drove there in their car would happily drive home, but not all would make it.
  13. Has somebody done an unboxing the box video yet? It looks really heavy so it must be good !
  14. I am wondering if the Modelu crew will arrive before their loco : if they do they can do some training on my 40 yr old Mainline Manor then they will certainly notice the updated version when it arrives! Chances are still that it will arrive on the same day as the steam railmotor from Kernow !,
  15. ‘ Little Muddle Lane blocked by Just Stop Coal protesters’
  16. Nice jumpers ! Pity the windows are not much better than the Airfix B set though they may look better when the droplights are painted on .
  17. I’ve just applied for a tree protection order on the entire Little Muddle Woods….I love that corner the way it is !
  18. We were led to believe the Manors would arrive at the same time -perhaps your photo shoot could depict both !
  19. Thank you for the exploded view of the Manor tender - so many separate parts ! It looks as though thr NEM pocket for the rear coupling is adjustable for length and is even removable.. I shall be using a hunt elite coupling on mine - away with those pesky hooked projections !
  20. It reminds me of Sutton - hoping to see a 4-COR !
  21. Thank you for that insight into the heroic efforts of the military musicians on the big day. After playing and marching for hours in the rain their train journey home must have been a relief but very steamy! What a contrast between the superb music in all parts of the Coronation to the concert in Windsor park !
  22. Nice to see your full brake in action again! Do you run your signals on 9v ? I agree about the abrupt bounce free mechanism of these signals compared to the elegant movement of the bracket version.
