  1. It's amazing what a resurgence of modelling mojo and a new scalpel blade can do!

      Bloody fingers?

    2. Jack374

      Jack374

The trees are dripping sap like it's going out of fashion. Another trip to the car wash beckons....

      Jack374

Not down here it's not. 24 deg.C overnight, rising to 31 after lunch. Think I'll spend the afternoon in M&S, standing by the freezer cabinets.

  6. 'Cubs 100' at Blackpool Pleasure Beach...there are better ways to spend a weekend than with 8000 cubs, but it was good fun (when the rain stopped!)

  7. Well...I've worked a 9 to 5 shift today, but it's probably the most enjoyable I'll ever do, despite the rain. A day on the Santa Specials on the Ribble Steam Railway

    1. 25901

The words "Where's Santa" will haunt you for months lol

    3. Jack374

      Jack374

No, nobody was singing, it was actually very good, however this morning my legs and arms ache like b*ggery!

  8. CK will be pleased to know there's a team on 'Eggheads' now whose name is 'we love tripe'. Too boot, one of them owns a pork pie business...

All a bit too close to the truth tonight.

Been watching the red glow & billowing smoke over the hill to the west of us since about 10pm. There's a wood yard out there - perhaps an ex-wood yard by now!

You have to search for general terms people may look for, like 'wagon', and persevere. I won some Ultrascale wheels once for a very favourable price after I searched 'disc wheel'
