      Nahhhh...

      There was first the Light Programme (sort of R2ish) and the Home Programme (R4ish), joined by the Third Programme (errr... R3ish).

       

      Then in 1967 R1 materialised as the antidote to the Pirates, Light and Home metamorphosed into R2 and R4 respectively and The Third Programme clung to its designation (like the GWR after Grouping) and became R3.

    That sinking feeling you get when...

     

    You know it's bin day, the leaflet says it's bin day, the website confirms it's bin day but the road is empty and you're the only person putting your bins out.

      My bin has been emptied too.

       

      Thanks to the intellectual prowess of the council, the landfill bin is coloured green and the recycling bin grey.

       

      It was the green bins chance to shine today!

      IF I PM someone I always panic and check here to see if its gone astray...

       

      The Status Update panel itself is a quirky little feature that allows the members to unburden their souls, have a bit of a joke, remind everyone that there are White Rabbits about and so on.  That its ephemeral is a tick in its favour✔️

       

      Apart from that, its fun to pry into others messages which they inadvertently post here instead of keeping their worries private!
