Most searches work in that loose form to return a wider range of results. As with Google or any other search function you can use inverted commas (as in the suggested alternative) to return tighter results as it must contain everything within the commas rather than just one part or another.

I've never used that. Is there a specific way you orientate the images in the scanner? Do you have to rotate them in Microsoft Photos? Do the images show the correct way up in any Windows Explorer windows? The software at this end on the server doesn't do anything to re-orientate any uploads.
