  1. There have been sporadic issues discussed with the hosting over the last 36 hours. The rest of your post just comes across as an unpleasant, out of working hours, whinge disregarding that real people run the site. It needs paying for, simple.
  2. There is in the topic title though. Our department covers... Mags BRM Garden Rail Traction Narrow Gauge World Engineering in Miniature Online World of Railways RMweb Social media channels

  4. Thanks Rob, There's still a few missing ones to go but those should be completed by the end of today.
  5. John, I enquired about an image from there I needed for an article and got no reply at all. I subsequently found that they hadn't got any exclusive rights as I tracked the original down to a museum who gave reproduction rights so you may find an alternative source.
  6. These aspects are largely irrelevant; the key thing is the use of the film title.
  7. They're not on the list of exhibitors this year.
  8. You can check the box next to each message and then use the Bin icon that Miss P has referred to but you can go nuclear and use the All/None box at the top to select all of the messages on each page and then bin them.
  9. Yes, Enable Status Updates had been turned off. I have enabled that for you again now.
  10. It looks like you may not be seeing what everyone else is seeing Richard; I am trying to delve into your settings to see if something's wrong or has been changed.
  11. That's why people pay good money for it.
  12. Living on the other side of the world compounds the issue and if your odds of winning that lottery are further don't complain if you've shortened your own odds if you're daft enough to play the game. Anyway, complaints should be addressed to the retailers or the manufacturer and not the hobby press.
  13. A very good point. A curse of the 21st century, just reporting on what someone else said rather than doing any work.
  14. If you use the View New Content or Forum Index pages there's a block to the right (desktop and tablet) where you can just post a Status Update. On a mobile just scroll down past the forums and the BRM ad and then you should see the Status Update block.
  15. You're overseas, there could be issues with the path your connection is using and it could involve non-secure http:// links from the point of origin. Anyway it's proven that there isn't a fault at the Titfield end and maybe you should discuss with your ISP rather than maligning the business and scaring others off when there isn't a problem. If you carry on I'll just remove access.
  16. Both are correct points but no model has been supplied for review to us (and some other magazines) so we can hardly form an article on the basis of what the internet has said. With regard to buying several models with already known and widespread issues brings the phrase “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” to mind.
  17. Those are price changes covered within the recent announcements whereas this poster has now said twice he's 'heard' there's a further increase in the middle of the year. Someone's making something up as that wouldn't be said by a reputable source. Whether it comes to be is a different matter.
  18. It sounded very, very much like we should be finding fault and publishing criticism to back up your findings. Instead of an inference that we're not saying anything please stop to consider that we have not been provided with items to review. Don't blame us and don't make implied criticisms that we're not doing anything.
  19. What are you trying to suggest? Why is it 'strange'?
  20. Do you have a substantive reference for this or is it just hearsay?
  21. 1. The OP hadn't read any of the previous topics. 2. The OP's question was answered by another member. 3. Someone else turns up for a moan who hasn't read previous posts. 4. It was the weekend as Phil has covered. 5. Now we have to deal with a complaint about a complaint. Life's too short.
  22. Get well soon Grahame, you daft old ***!
