  1. You're overthinking it; it's just about personal standards.
  2. I've known for a couple of years at least which fits with what's been shown today.
  3. This is what's been emailed out - https://www.hattons.co.uk/newsdetail?id=1504&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=hattonsoriginalsupdate-newowners
  4. It wasn't a 'scam', it was a business that failed. Please think before making potentially libellous comments. The factory still had ownership and possession of the tooling and EFE Rail made arrangements with them for a further production run. Edit - further checking of your posts seem to show you are only interested in digging dirt with regard to LLC - do not use RMweb for axe-grinding.
  5. I've not had one for review (competitor's product) but in many pictures the springing looked to be quite lacking in depth and definition. They'll be 'reet' once you've worked your magic.
  6. This seems as good a place as any. Has anyone else watched any Masters of the Air on Apple TV? Band of Brothers was a classic of course and Pacific was good too but I really am struggling with Masters of the Air from the same stable. Although the CGI is clever it very obviously is just that; maybe it's that? Or the characters? I don't even know if they're based on real people whereas Band of Brothers very definitely was. It doesn't seem that they used a single flying B17 for shots; just mock ups for in-flight and some ground shots. Compare that to the glorious summer of 1989 when, if you were lucky enough, you'd get to see five Fortresses, a Mitchell and Mustangs over Cambridgeshire and E. Anglia filming 'Memphis Belle' - it was far more cheesy as a film but at least they did the flight sequences well. Having looked forward to it for years I'm really struggling to enjoy it.
  7. Do you think you'll do anything with the springs on it or will a dose of dirt and highlights improve it?
  8. Don't worry; I've run the integration from this end so you should be sorted now.
  9. You should only see trade ads and I don't classify a house and for a different part of the business as that. I sent a lengthy list of observations over to IT and Ads first thing yesterday but little was done. Fridays. 🤬
  10. Which is something that can confound attempts to hunt something like this down. Just because it shows over an RMweb tab it doesn't necessarily mean it's triggered it - it could be from elsewhere at an earlier of time. Understandably a user would report it here but it may just be because they spend more time on this site than others.
  11. Who knew that the wisdom of Facebook could provide the solution to shows? Nothing to do with Key; it was a post about Doncaster next weekend.
  12. The common behaviour seems to be if a page is left open. The critical thing would be to find what Google ads were displaying before the pop-up is spawned. I accept this is a difficult thing to pin down For anyone who has had these pop-ups; do you actually have McAfee on your system or not?
  13. I'd be delighted with that one. Quite the opposite from a defunct operator where you sent money and received nothing other than updates about the weather in the Carribbean.
  14. Because it was part of the wider business and part of the larger building. It wouldn't work. If you actually mean why wasn't the name sold then that's a different question but not one anyone else can answer.
  15. Most retailers, if they have a large number of orders to despatch, will process all the easiest ones first to make space and get money in the bank. When they've cleared the majority they can spend time on the more time consuming transactions. If you want to stand the best chance of getting the fastest service you have to make sure everything you can do is done.
  16. Layout owners are free to have their own boundaries on what terms they are prepared to exhibit and what they find agreeable or not. Every show, club or commercial, relies on varying elements of goodwill and it's fairest for everyone if there is a sensible balance. It's unfair to castigate someone else if their boundaries are different from yours or someone else's. You may not know that Paul does exhibit at many shows but he is at liberty to choose which ones he does do.
  17. They will; even if someone signs up to WoR+ in the future.
  18. You may well have seen the lovely Cuban scene back at Stafford https://www.staffordrailwaycircle.org.uk/exhibbition-2023/central-alonzo/
  19. Don't worry about fighting with it; I've just run things at this end so you should be straight now.
  20. Can we get Bram to do the unboxing video?
