  1. Already flagged up in other topics and in hand.
  2. It should only be after the second post, not both. But it isn't.
  3. The forum software update is separate, the ad placement issue is our ad techies testing and developing. Can you please post screenshots of what you are seeing and the type of device, I will feed findings back.
  4. Thanks John, I'll feed that back tomorrow, it's ridiculous.
  5. Our advertising people have been doing some testing today. Coul you post a screenshot of what you are experiencing please John?
  6. Be thankful they didn't send the weathered version! Truly dire treatment.
  7. They don't 'need' to just because you want them to. The timing was for and to Hornby's benefit rather than the end customer.

  11. It wasn't connected with this (many disappeared in April) but you'll need to upload a new avatar.
  12. We'll give it a shot Woh how, we're half way there Woh how, livin' on a prayer
  13. At the moment it's going pretty well, the last 18 months done in 3 hours which will satisfy 95+% of stream usage. General searching obviously needs to be able to look further into the past but will probably be done in around a couple of days.
  14. I'd missed this post, sorry. I see you are properly Premiumed up now. Drop me a PM about the email change, I'll sort that for you.
  15. Just monitoring how far back it's got in half an hour. As long as it keeps going at a similar rate I reckon it will take about 84 hours to complete the 1.45 decades of stuff. "Are we there yet?" will lead to permanent scarring in painful places.
  16. The preparatory work has been done. I've set the re-indexing off so that will now take some time but hopefully won't fail this time. Edit - it's already got further than it did on Friday.

There is a possibility, from the conversation I had yesterday. If not, very shortly after.
  18. Invision are now aware and have acknowledged the issue. We need to carry out some work over the next few days before the fix can be run. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  19. An excellent event, some very, very good layouts with really engaging owners and operators. Good refreshments, pleasantly clean toilets. A really good family show with plenty for 'proper' modellers. The team should be very proud.
  20. No, because I am still waiting for a response from the software company. It's the weekend and they're based in the US.
  21. The tender end has LMS & SR crests and BR arrows with imagery of railway staff in various roles on the reverse. The arboretum is far from just military with many gardens and memorials for many services and groups such as evacuee children with a forthcoming woodland in memoriam to all those who died in the epidemic. One of the most emotional areas is a memorial garden for children. The guided tours are excellent.
