Can't find it anywhere else unfortunately. It is showing the lights going off as soon as the APT coach is taken off the track, so the capacitor is not doing anything.

I got some snaps through the glass, looking very nice though. Disappointed that I missed them running, I spent hours watching trains go by on that layout over the weekend!

Cheers, this is using Hermes tracking which states (equally ominously) "We're expecting it". So either Hornby haven't actually shipped it or it is rattling around a van somewhere unscanned! All good fun.

Weird process from Hornby shop, no shipping confirmation by email, found it on the order in my account. Shipping updates have sat ominously with a status of "Order placed" on Hermes site since 17/10, no further movement which probably means they have lost it!

Sorry if it has been asked already, I don't remember seeing it, but are the little blue lights in the underframe of the sleeper coaches modelled? I went out to watch the sleeper pass tonight and they are a very noticeable feature. -

Mine have cleared customs this evening so hopefully not long now. I can just imagine the Parcelforce van coming down the road.........with a Police escort. -
After I got my APT cancellation email from Hattons and then pre-ordered from Hornby, I emailed them to ask this question, if Hattons know what they are getting then surely Hornby themselves also know. No response yet and expect them to be vague but will be interesting to see what people have actually received in a few months.

I've put in a preorder with Hornby now and used Quidco so at least I'll get some money off the rrp. Out of interest has anybody actually received anything from Hornby that has been cancelled by retailers?

Hattons showing in stock now, must have just been the process between preorder and in stock.

Not complaining on delays, it is inevitable. Reckon we assume March and might get an early surprise!

Showing as "Expected Winter 2021" now as well, I may have missed updates but I thought it was supposed to be July.

Rails stated yesterday that Heljan had told them that the models have been sent. Whether that means from Denmark or a local distributor though, probably makes a huge difference as to whether it will be a few days or a few weeks.
