    I've been modelling in this scale for 20 plus years. I'm 43 now and I never felt the need to nor do I feel I've missed out on anything by not being a member. I have gone to the Telford show twice many years ago, I visit the Bristol show every year so I don't think I have anything to gain by being a member. It's my choice, the same as everyone else. If you don't like the way its run then leave or vote for someone who is willing to bring the "guild" into the 21st century. The current system will see itself implode.

    I hope they tweek it like they did with the 50. This could be a really great sell for them if they do. I've kept hold of my MMP kit just in case though.

    Amazing. That is brilliant. I was expecting something a lot quicker and less realistic than that. Doors were a surprise for me, didn't know you were planning that as well. As we're social distancing you'll have to give yourself a well deserved pat on the back. Top marks

    Glad to see you back on here Andy. Your 2 weeks late for me. Not reading your thread every 10 mins has given me enough time to actually do some modelling! Mind you, you could have built a whole layout by the time I've finished knocking about with this Grampus. POD is looking really good, very jealous!

    Just watched this video. Its like the real one is there! The sound is awesome. I've never really been convinced by smoke on diesels or steam models but this is pretty damn good. Best I've seen anyway. I may have to rethink my thoughts on this.

    I might be drawn into doing some modelling if that happens. I've not done that for about 15yrs! Just getting back into it now the kids are a little more self sufficient. Although I'm sorting our garden for a modelling cave and trying not to play trains in the mean time.
