Pleasant conversation with Cambridge signaller to report a location with one door hanging off and one door open - enthusiastic S&T or cable dodgies.

I was on the phone at a CCTV crossing to a signaller the other day as a member of the public to report an OLE shorting strap left on the public highway. It took some time to get the message across and just as we got there BTP showed up. It was handed to the very nice man but i had to explain what i expected him to with said expensive bit of kit.
