Both the ex-GCR coach & GWR water wagon are now painted the next jobs are build interia for the coach then glaze plus lettering of both

well water tank is now in white primmer & will get a top coat of white tomorrow

well in under 1 & a half hours i have this aftermoon built up the Jidenco Models kit of a GWR Dia DD1 Drinking Water Wagon well this went togetter nice & quick after punching out the rivits on the body i folded the 4 side up off the floor to form a open box then solded up the corners I then foled uo the solebars which needed 2 folds to make a channel then these & the rest of the parts are attached to the floor followed by the roof last is to fit the cact w iorns, brass & cast hatch And all done in under 1 & 1/2 hours

Well got the roof on & the chassie built up plus the bogie heres some pics I still have to trim the roof ends

Today i have got as far as getting the detail fitted to the sides & ends plus solderingthe side & ends togetter heres some pics

Nothing to show today as i had to stay were i could hear the door But i did get the rivits pouched out on Jiidenco Models(now falcon brass) GWR Drinking Water wagon All been well tomorrow i will be gluing more bits of brass to a Ratio SR brake van B & start building a Perseverance models LNER ex- GC Suburban 8 Compartment 3rd the 50ft low elliptical roof type

The Triang is in primmer & i am slowly gluing on all the small etch brass bits on to the Ratio brake van

Well the Metro tank is now finished & ready for work Plus a trip to Spain What do you think ?

Hi Pete the lining are HMRS transfers presfix sheet 8 I had to cut them to fit as non fitted the panels with out shorting them the cab & bunker been the worse

The body was given a coat of primmer followed by a coat of GWR 1906/28 green paint then today i put on the black paint Here are some pics of how she is now I still have to finish off the painting then lining & hand rails before it finished

This is the 4th Deans sidings kit i have built the others at the at most 3 cuts this had 9 but with the kit are drawings & info for the cuts to the chasise use 3 datums points i strip the chassie then raped the cog left in the chassie to stop sworfe getting into it

Today i have been building a Dean Sidings kit for a GWR 2-4-0 Metro tank heres what you get 1st job is to cut up the chassie so it fits the body I finished cutting up the 14xx chassie block so that the moter sits the other way up & the chassie block will fit into the body before lunch I still have one or two bits to add to the body but thay will be done after i have painted the body Well heres the pic of how she is now

well today i have got almost all the work finished on the utility van all i have to do now is fir coupling mounts then i an make a start painting it Heres some photos of how she is now

well heres the last of 3 Metropolitan Railways bogie Coach i still have 3 jubilee coaches to build hows it looking

What with My C.F.S stopping work then the kids on hols i have not got much done but today i have built up the bogies for the Utility Van heres some pics of the work so far doors & hinges removed & door holes filled Doors refited Steps & extra planks added plus the corridors fitted with the bogie just sat under & not fixed in place
