Looking for inspiration: small N gauge layouts that have used Peco track to good effect (ie looked convincingly realistic)

I'm in beautiful York next weekend. Any good model shops in that neck of the woods? 🚆

RMwebby updatey statusfold. Deep joy.

Sorry for the outage today. The server started singing 'I don't like Mondays' and that was it.

Fed up with Christmas, last year was the best ever, because it was cancelled.

Has anyone here heard of railway modelling fora? You can take pictures of and write about model railways and post them online for other people who share your interests to see. What's more, everyone can read through and post with just a single login, without having to shoot off to random social media pages that they might not like using. I know a really good one called RMWeb. You can find it here: https://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php
I'd highly recommend joining!

New Bond film followed by a curry for wife Kim's birthday last night - you cant buy class!
No spoilers but classic Bond, great stunts and car chases, humour and pathos and the bad guy has his own island - what's not to like!!

I should be checking out of Hotel Treliske next Tuesday after 6 weeks of care by the NHS. Can't wait to get back to my home bed, but will miss the wonderful staff for whom I will be eternally grateful

..did enjoy the 'Third Man' movie on Friday. What a classic with that atmospheric zither music.

Am I the only one not watching #LineOfDuty #neverseen
-
I quite like Line of Duty! I've seen all five series, the last one was a bit contrived bit
hopefully the new one will get back to what's good about the series.
I don't watch it for the overly-complicated storylines but the scenes with Hastings in
are excellent, and the very long, one-take police interviews they do in each series are
always gripping and well acted. Basically it doesn't need to be a hyped, it's just abother
good cop show on a par with Broadchurch or Unforgotten.

If you drop something on the floor when you're young, you just bend down & pick it up.
But at my age, I stand there for 5 minutes, deciding whether I actually need said item anymore..... -

Watching Dr. Who from 1970. Jon Pertwee, lots of Series 2 Land Rovers and classic British cars. So cheesy, but fun.

It would appear DCC Concepts might have a problem they have yet a acknowledge. Can I assume if you had any contact with them they advised they decoders were out of warranty, which is what happened when I contacted them.

Is Vic There?

Quite a few folk seem to have been 'off the scene' and possibly poorly? It would be great if anyone that is 'on the mend' and could do, might let us know by posting a Status update. Apologies if this offends anyone at this unpleasant time.

Katy lies.
You can see it in her eyes.
But imagine my surprise when I saw you...
