    Coffee and chocolate are made from beans (veg); wine is made form grapes (fruit). So if i drink 3 coffees, 1 glass of wine & have a bar of chocolate, that's my 5 a day sorted! ;-)

      What's the problem with having to wait to overtake. It's no real difference whether it's a cycle, horse or mobility scooter. Having a little patience would go a long way.

    Which 'genius' transport company decide to send 2 static caravans on low loaders down the A379 form Exeter to Dawlish in the afternoon rush? 20 minutes to travel 3.5 miles! Grrrr....

      Frankly conveyancing solicitors are mugs, taking on so much liability for a few hundred quid, whilst the estate agents (a boil on the backside of humanity) earn a few thousand for taking a few photos and then sitting on their ar.ses

    Hopefully, I've finally scraped up the last of the slimy, wet leaves from the garden. 3 wheelie bin loads sent over last 6 weeks, from trees on roadside OUTSIDE our boundary.....

      I once worked for a Firm which installed fingerprint recognition locks on the doors. It didn't work, but the power supply to one of the doors did give a considerable electric shock to one of the Partners :-)

    Happier today - the car fault that AA garage couldn't sort & Vauxhall wanted 300 quid to sort has been fixed in an hour by our local independant garage for - wait for it -

    So, the back passenger door is stuck on the car. AA warranty covers central locking, but AA garage can't do work because needs special Vauxhall tool. Vauxhall garage say it's a wiring problem, not covered by warranty - and it wil be

      Ta for all the comments - still going to the local garage as I trust them far more than the others, but will mention these possibilities. Pete, it's all very well getting out the other side, but it's a bit awkward trying to get the kids to understand they both have to use the same door - but in a particular order. Then have to reach across to strap P in when N is trying to climb in too...
