Whilst being Santa at my school's Xmas Fayre yesterday, amazingly two children were hoping to get a train set as a present this Christmas.

Our internet connection wasn't working earlier this evening so I thought I'd have a chat with my wife for a change. I was surprised to hear that she no longer works at Woolworths.....

The good people of Ofsted will be arriving tomorrow.....

My wife just found, in the coffee table drawer, a camera battery I thought I'd lost last summer.

Was hoping for a day off yesterday due to the snow (yes, we had an inch or so in Wimborne), but our school remained open.

At least the children liked playing in the white stuff on the field at playtime.

Have finally managed to log in, after resetting my password a few times. Whilst the site was off-line I actually did some modelling!

Like the clean new look, but I can't seem to find the "New Content" button yet. My "likes" rating also seems to have declined by almost 20,000.

Spent the first part ot the morning changing 5-year olds into their Nativity costumes, then the second part back into their school uniforms. So many sheep, stars, angels.... it did my head in.

Managed to slip down an embankment this morning, whilst taking some photos of an old underline culvert on the disused line between Ashchurch and Tewkesbury. Little finger aching a bit.....

Went to see The Phantom of the Opera in London. Stunning.

Was in Salisbury yesterday, but I didn't visit the cathedral.

Heard the Red Arrows leave Hurn on their way to their first display at the Bournemouth Air Festival. Saw a brief glimpse of their distinctive red colour flash through the trees.

Something to consider as you sit down to tea. I'm just sanding around the toilet bowl prior to fitting some tiles. Need it to air a bit first though..... Enjoy your meal!

Just cut the grass - in no way can it be termed a lawn. Must be the first time since June it's been cut.
