My dad emailed them last night to fnd out when you could order online and they replied to say that they will only take order by pohne for this - call 01947 896040 to order. I am not sure if they will add them to their webiste or not but if you want one pick up the phone.

I am not sure on what condition she is in now or where she is but there was talk a few year back of restoring her to working order as a tank - to show the life changes over the years the class existed. Last time I remember seeing her at Carnforth she was parked on a short lentgh of track painted up as Percy from Thomas the Tank Engine, complete with face.

List of jobs finally going down on Weeklyn Hill, good job as I only have till Thursday to do them.

Std 5, Flying Scotsman and 40 all sound chipped, more chipping than planned which meant no painting was done.

I had a reply from Rail Express today, copy of the email below. Good news that all of us who have ordered have a chance to win the driver course. May prove a deciding factor for those thinking of ordering too.

I received a letter from them today covering all the details that the website has. However there was 2 key differences - they put in the letter that all early pre-orders will be entered into a draw to win a driver experience on a preserved 33, they also have on the order form expressions of interest for single packs of NSE, EWS, BR Blue with grey roof and Eastleigh Green. Did anyone see mention of these two facts online?

I gave in to temptation last night and ordered a pair of blue un's with sound. I will have a use for both of them so I won't be splitting and selling. I am guessing both models will have sound so £400 for a pair of sound fitted models is a good price to me. Sadly don't think I will want more but you never know in the future. Good on Rail Express for doing this.

busy assembling Bachmann Collectors Club stock boxes. The box they came in was big enough for them to come ready assembled!

Leeds Weeklyn Hill is now officially booked to attend Shildon MRC show at Locomotion in June. Fantastic!

Figures painted, layout dismantled just got to take it to the scouts hall tonight ready for tomorrow.

3 engines fitted with sound chips, figures heads, handsandboots painted, just the torso's to go.

2 and a half weeks till Leeds Weeklyn Hill makes its exhibition debut and I have finally bought the Langley Kits figures needed to complete the Cameo's. I must be mad to try and paint them up properly in such a short time scale!

are Bachmann trying to bankrupt me? A Leeds-Holbekc sound 24 and a DCC Fitted Jubilee both coming out soon,the Jub will need a sound chip too.

I know of a few other shops doing the same, websites and price labelsin store all need changing so spare a thought for all these shops who have to do this work.
