If you want O gauge with only 3 points in a small space, almost anything by Ian Futers would give you some inspiration. Victoria Park and Oldham King Street are deceptively simple but offer a lot in the way of operation.

It might be worth checking if season 6 is NTSC or PAL. As best I can work out that series is available in region 1 NTSC and region 0 PAL. My first DVD player had the region set by hardware using a DIP switch inside. It was easy to open the case set it to play all regions, although that would have voided the warranty. My second DVD player, now around 15 years old but still working, has the region set by software. After only a few minutes of searching I found a service manual online which included instructions for a technician to change the region using the remote control.

They won't attack you unless they think you are a threat to their young. One of my neighbours had about 10 generations of friendly magpies simply by putting a little minced meat out each day. Some of them would eat out of his hand.

For those interested in tanks and armoured fighting vehicles
DavidB-AU replied to Ohmisterporter's topic in Wheeltappers
There were serious tactical errors in that operation. The Leopards went in without any infantry support and didn't cover their flanks. None of them noticed the first incoming ATGM. After the first his they froze. Nobody reacted until the second ATGM hit and the reaction was simply to panic. Not a single returned shot, no smoke fired to obscure themselves and no attempt to find cover. Also Germany had refused to provide ERA for them. Roketsan has since developed their own. -

On standard gauge, there was a "tram" line between Byron Bay station and the pier from 1928 to 1954. It used a 1923 Simplex pulling former Newcastle and Sydney steam tram trailers. It also hauled whales on a flat wagon from the jetty to the rendering works. When the jetty railway closed it was sold to the local meat works where it shunted livestock and meat wagons. It was retired in 1984 and is now owned by the Byron Bay Historical Society.

The world's largest rail vehicle manufacturer has rolled out a zero-emissions train running on hydrogen fuel cells with a supercapacitor buffer. The four-car train is capable of 100 mph (160 km/h), making it the fastest hydrogen train to date. Jointly developed by state-owned industrial monolith CRRC and Chengdu Rail Transit, this is China's first hydrogen-powered passenger train, offering a range of 373 miles (600 km), and emitting nothing but water. It's capable of self-driving, with 5G communications, automatic wake-up, start and stop, and return to depot functionality. https://newatlas.com/transport/china-hydrogen-supercapacitor-train/

2 barrier wagons and 4 extra wagons for braking. The 777 has EP brakes so in this consist would be unbraked. -

Kyle of Lochalsh station building drawings
DavidB-AU replied to billywhizz's topic in UK Prototype Questions
IIRC the Highland Archive Service has an (almost) complete set of Highland Railway drawings and plans related to the line. I'm not sure if they are physically kept at the Highland Archive Centre in Inverness or the Skye and Lochalsh Archive Centre in Portree. -
The train appears to be a new DPKr-3 DMU. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DPKr-3_Diesel_Multiple_Unit
